Didn’t Quite Make It

In 2014, i attempted the Goodreads Reading Challenge. My goal was 52 books, which works out at a book a week. I was quite disappointed that i didn’t reach my goal and only managed to read 44 of the 52 books by the end of the year. I have decided to attempt the challenge again this year, and have given myself the same goal of 52 books. Hopefully i will reach it this year! And I’d love to be your friend on Goodreads so add me if you haven’t already 🙂

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and all that jazz too 😉

  1. Oh don’t worry, 44 books out of 52 sounds amazing compared to my efforts (which were so abysmal I didn’t even make the effort to update my Goodreads properly). I think I got to 15 or 20 books when I was only aiming for 30. I guess I blame my whole moving abroad thing but THIS YEAR I want to aim for 50 books again and renew my reading habits!
Speaking of, do I have you on GR? I think I do. I’ll check now. 😛

    • That’s pretty good if you were only aiming for 30!!! Thanks though 🙂 I was going to blame our trip overseas however i read at least a book a week when we were travelling so yeah…i think you can blame your big move though 😉
Good luck for this year! And no, i don’t think we were friends. We are now though 🙂 Thanks for the add! Now i can harass you if i see you’re not up to speed, haha.

      • Haha yeah I find when I travel I read more. Especially on long plane and train trips.
Thank you, good luck to you too! And yes please do harass me, especially if I fall more than like 2 or 3 books behind schedule (I must be already 2 books behind, but I’m halfway through two books so you know…)
